The MDW12 series is a 12W isolated DC-DC converter known for its highly integrated design, featuring the internationally standardized DIP-16 packaging. In comparison to previous series, the MDW12 series has reduced its size by 75%, achieved a weight reduction of 79%, and boasts a higher power density of up to 59W/in3. Upon its introduction, it quickly garnered substantial procurement from industrial, medical, transportation, and power equipment manufacturers. The MDW12 series provides input voltage ranges of 9-18VDC, 18-36VDC, and 36-75VDC, with output voltage options including 5, 5.1, 12, 15, 24, ±12, ±15VDC, offering a total of 21 models.
MINMAX's primary advantage lies in specializing in the miniaturization of power modules while maintaining excellent electrical performance. The MDW12 series features an impressive 88% conversion efficiency and outstanding transient load capability. Regardless of external conditions, it maintains high stability in terms of output voltage, power loss, and heat generation.
