MRZI75 Series
The MINMAX MRZI75 series is a new generation of high-performance 75W isolated DC-DC converters in a compact quarter-brick package, specifically designed for railway applications. It features a wide input range of 36-160 VDC, delivering stable output voltage options of 5, 12, 15, 24, and 54 VDC, providing reliable solutions for various railway power requirements.
With advanced circuit design, the MRZI75 series achieves impressive efficiency of up to 91%, enabling reliable operation at baseplate temperatures of up to 105°C. It ensures high I/O isolation of 2000VAC with reinforced insulation, making it suitable for harsh environments.
Key features include protections against under-voltage, overload, over-voltage, over-temperature, and short circuits. It also supports remote On/Off control (positive and negative logic), output voltage trimming, and output sensing for precise power regulation.
The MRZI75 series meets EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 railway standards, along with EN 45545-2 fire protection compliance, ensuring safety and performance in railway and railroad vehicle applications. Ideal for traction control systems, onboard lighting, communication systems, surveillance equipment, and HVAC systems, the MRZI75 series provides reliable power conversion in demanding environments.
